Register for M&S Internet Banking

Register for M&S Internet Banking

You can register for M&S Internet Banking using either your M&S Credit Card or Everyday Savings Account details.

If you have an M&S Credit Card, you'll need

  • Your M&S Credit Card
  • Your credit limit - you'll find this on a recent statement or on the letter that was sent with your M&S Credit Card.
  • Your email address

If you have an Everyday Savings Account, you'll need

  • Your sort code and account number
  • Your telephone security number - this may have been set up if you applied over the phone or in branch, if not call 0345 600 5860. Lines are open 8am-8pm. Calls are recorded
  • Your email address

The final step of Internet Banking registration will be setting up your M&S PASS. An M&S PASS is another layer of security that keeps your accounts safe. It generates a single use security code every time you sign into Internet Banking, and is used to verify certain transactions.

Types of M&S PASS

A Digital M&S PASS - available within the M&S Banking App. You'll use the app to generate your security codes. Once you have registered for Internet Banking and have your username and password, you'll be able to set up the app. You can download it on a compatible device from the App Store or Google Play.

A physical M&S PASS - a small calculator-like device. You will be able to order this once you have registered for Internet Banking.

You can only choose one of these, we recommend using the Digital M&S PASS.

Once registered for Internet Banking, you will be able to:

  • Manage your credit card and Everyday Savings Account online
  • Update your contact details, request a change to your credit limit (M&S Credit Card customers only) and pay your M&S Credit Card
  • View the balances of your other M&S Bank products such as your M&S Cash ISA or M&S Personal Loan
