The final step of Internet Banking registration will be setting up your M&S PASS. An M&S PASS is another layer of security that keeps your accounts safe. It generates a single use security code every time you sign into Internet Banking, and is used to verify certain transactions.
Types of M&S PASS
A Digital M&S PASS - available within the M&S Banking App. You'll use the app to generate your security codes. Once you have registered for Internet Banking and have your username and password, you'll be able to set up the app. You can download it on a compatible device from the App Store or Google Play.
A physical M&S PASS - a small calculator-like device. You will be able to order this once you have registered for Internet Banking.
You can only choose one of these, we recommend using the Digital M&S PASS.
