We can set up a Direct Debit on your M&S Credit Card account. You can pay either the minimum, a fixed amount or full statement balance. The minimum payment is calculated at 2.5% of your monthly statement balance or £5, whichever amount is greater. The full payment Direct Debit collects the full statement balance each month. A fixed repayment will be for an amount set by you and can be changed at any time. If you choose to set up a Direct Debit for a fixed amount and the minimum payment due is greater than this amount, we will claim the full minimum payment. If your statement balance is lower than your fixed amount, we will only claim the balance on your statement.

If you select not to have a Direct Debit, you can still make payments each month. Your monthly statement highlights all the payment options available.
