M&S Bank no longer offers investments
On 26 September 2026, the management and administration of the Marks & Spencer Unit Trust Management Ltd (MSUTM) Funds changed. The change resulted in Waystone Management (UK) Limited becoming the new Authorised Fund Manager and Isio Investment Solutions Limited becoming the new Investment Manager.
If you were a unit trust customer with M&S and sold before the transfer, your funds have now closed. If you did not sell, your investments are now operated by the new managers. You can contact the new Authorised Fund Manager, Waystone Management (UK) Limited, on the details previously shared with you which are also included in the link below.
