If you purchased your M&S Travel Insurance policy before 17 February 2026 and your policy starts with MTV then you are in the right place. If you purchased your policy on or after 17 February 2026 and your policy number starts with AMS, you will need to go to the M&S plc web pages.
Making a claim
You can make a claim online or by calling 0800 051 4780. Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and public holidays.
